Design

In own design department we develop drawing documentation for production of molds. In CAD/CAM department we create 3D models of moldings and shaped sections of molds and we prepare programs for CNC machines. 2D and 3D files can be transferred in all standard formats.

Tool making facility

Modern equipment and machinery as well as skilled experts guarantee accuracy of mold produced.

In the tool making facility, where CNC machining centers, electroerosion boring machines, stitchers, etc. are installed, we produce injection and compression molds for processing of thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics. Maximum dimensions of molds are approximately 800 x 1200 mm and weight up to 5 to.

Regular checks of accuracy ensure meeting of specified tolerances and this allows us to secure smooth production of molds and fulfillment of agreed deadlines. 

Since 1.10.2005 we do in our company repairing of the cavity parts by laser surfacing ALW VARIO 100 and pulsed surfacing AW 9000 (custom-made production).
