Processing of thermosetting plastics:

Thermosetting plastics are processed through injection molding on injection molding machines BUCHER, ENGEL with a closing force of 30 - 265 tons and direct molding and transfer molding on machines BUCHER and TOS with a closing force of 45 up to 200 tons. In addition to this we have mastered technology of BMC and SMC materials processing both through direct pressing and injection molding. 

Final appearance of moldings is ensured no only using traditional method, but also through several methods of mass processing. 

 

 
   
         
   

Processing of thermoplastics:

Plastic moldings are produced on modern injection molding machines ENGEL with a closing force of 30 up to 300 tons. We routinely process all types of technical plastics besides PVC.
