The Linaset company has been in business for over 60 years. We are a traditional, fully integrated provider of comprehensive projects for the automotive and other industries. We produce high quality technical moulded components, injection moulds for processing thermoplastics and thermosets and complete structural assemblies, finished products and home appliances.

Reliable product quality is achieved with the support of applied principles of process management, an integrated management system according to standards IATF16949:2016, EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015 and EN ISO 45001:2018, advanced statistical methods of quality control, state-of-the-art machinery and a team of motivated professionals. We increase productivity and reduce costs. We offer products and services always at competitive prices.

Our major awards

History

2018 New production hall

We are opening the most modern plastic injection moulding production plant in the Czech Republic. The production hall is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and meets the highest standards of production quality. The investment also includes a new logistics centre and expanded facilities for our employees.

2016 The new stock

Continuously increasing of the production volume and increasing demands on optimization of logistics processes have led to the expansion and modernization of our storage capacity in Budisov nad Budisovkou plant, where we have opened a new modern warehouse with a capacity of 2 050 pallet places.

2014 Introduce the MES

We introduce the MES PM Toolkit for support to manage efficiency and quality of our production. The system realize in real-time collection of complex process parameters in production and make their analysis and visualization of the production.

2012 Implementation of CATIA

For the design and production of injection moulds, we implemented the latest Catia software platform. In order to support project management, we started up the SmarTeam software.

2009 Extension of the tool factory

We invested 40 million CZK in top machinery. Recently, we have been able to produce injection moulds up to 10 tons.

2007 New injection moulding room

Given the ever increasing demands of our customers, we opened the third production plant of the company in Bruntál. There will be a new injection room for thermoplastics located in the plant.

2006 ISO 14001:2004

The integrated management system has been completed with environmental quality management standards and work safety standards ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999.

2003 ISO/TS 16949:2002

Due to the ever increasing volume of supplies to the automotive industry, we introduced a quality management system according to ISO/TS 16949:2002 by SGS Hamburg.

2001 Production of appliances

We expanded production and opened a second manufacturing plant in Bruntál. We started production for the new market segment of home appliances.

1994 We are implementing ISO 9001

We have always placed great emphasis on the quality of our products and services. Therefore, as the first plastics company in Czech Republic, we introduced a quality management system according to ISO 9001

1993 Establishment of Linaset, a.s.

A new joint stock company was established in the process of privatization of the state enterprise Linaset. The company further strengthened its focus on the automotive industry

1991 Injection of plastics

Due to the increasing market demand, we included the technology of injection moulding of thermoplastic materials into our production program and established the first assembly line

1984 Injection moulding of thermosets

We extended the used manufacturing technologies and launched processing of thermosets by injection. We are a traditional supplier of thermoset parts for the electrical industry

1958 Our own production of moulds

In order to support existing serial production of thermoset parts, we extended our range with mould production in our own tool factory

1956 Formation of our company

We started production as a member of a group of manufacturers of plastic parts, LNH Vrbno pod Pradědem. We process thermosets using the technology of direct pressing and transfer moulding
